About the owner
Gina earned her first personal training certification in 2008 while completing a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science at Russell Sage College. She began her career at a local Gold’s Gym®, where she quickly realized her passion went far beyond counting reps and adjusting machines. She wanted to design comprehensive, personalized training programs that not only improved fitness but also transformed lives. Today, her commitment to individualized, results-focused coaching remains at the heart of her work.
While preparing for her first marathon, Gina began using kettlebells to help prevent common running injuries. She soon recognized how beneficial this unconventional training tool could be for her clients, and her programming continued to evolve. In 2014, she earned her first Russian Kettlebell Certification and, just two days later, opened the doors of Dynamic Fitness & Nutrition.
Over the years, Gina earned numerous additional credentials, including a Sports Nutrition Specialist Certification, multiple TRX® Suspension and Rip Training qualifications, and the Level II Russian Kettlebell Certification. She had the privilege of serving as a host facility partner for TRX® and RKC Kettlebell Certifications and trained alongside some of the industry’s most talented athletes and coaches from around the world.
In March of 2020, in response to New York State’s COVID-19 stay-at-home orders, Gina temporarily closed her personal training studio. Determined to continue supporting her clients, she quickly pivoted her business model, launching Dynamic Digital Training within a week. What began as a short-term solution grew into a long-term evolution of her business. During the extended shutdown, she expanded her virtual services and developed Dynamic On-Demand, giving clients 24/7 access to their favorite workouts from anywhere in the world.
Later that year, Gina introduced the DF&N App, a comprehensive digital training platform that’s become an integral part of her programming. By combining personal training with custom on-demand content, she has significantly increased client engagement and helped many meet or even exceed their fitness goals.
Gina is known for her high standards of excellence and professionalism, which she holds both herself and her clients to. She provides evidence-based, honest feedback in an effort to educate, empower, and inspire her clients. She genuinely enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels who are eager to learn new skills and committed to making long-term lifestyle changes.
